Objective: To investigate plasma fibrinogen (Fg), plasma D-dimer (D-Dimer) changes and to explore its significance in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods: 218 cases of cardiac function in patients according to NYHA classification, heart failure caused by coronary heart disease, heart failure caused by non-CHD group, each group were measured in plasma Fg, plasma D-Dimer values, and compare the three groups of plasma Fg, values of plasma D-Dimer concentration changes. Results: The cardiac function classification increased, the plasma Fg have an increasing trend,P <0.001, plasma D-Dimer values have an increasing trend, P <0.001, in patients with heart failure caused by coronary heart disease, according to cardiac function classification contrast, cardiac function classification of the higher there is an increasing trend of plasma Fg levels, P <0.001, plasma D-Dimer values have an increasing trend, P <0.001, in the non-coronary heart disease in patients with heart failure caused by cardiac function classification contrast, cardiac function classification increased, plasma Fg concentration has an increasing trend, P <0.001, plasma D-Dimer values have an increasing trend, P <0.001. Conclusion: The higher classification of cardiac function, plasma Fg, the value of plasma D-Dimer levels have increased , there is a correlation of D- D and Fg concentrations with their NYHA class .
