While studying Chinese paintings, the author found that predecessors focus more on representative painters' case study, artistic feature and historical contribution of Wu School than its humanistic spirit. The author states that the humanistic spirit of Wu School has its unique artistic quality, and masters of the school mix individual emotion into paintings to arouse people's imagination. As tasting emotion, people will keep up tradition and pioneer to taste humanistic spirit, which shows rich vitality and secularization of aesthetic interest.Chinese traditional painting goes beyond images and even painting itself because of its rich humanistic spirit, which possesses a strong spirit of era and enlightenment, as well as immeasurable aesthetic value. With further reform and opening up, the planned economy transforms to the market economy, so the study of humanistic spirit in works, as a hot topic in recent 20 years, is focused on among artists and theorists. In order to find and develop humanistic spirit, which is lost under the influence of the post-industrial age, most scholars have written articles to find solutions. Therefore, it is suitable to Chinese standard and value for modern people to know the humanistic spirit in Wu School paintings, with a positive and meaningful effect on realization of Chinese great rejuvenation.
