Music for fitness to join the study adds a new topic. This study was aimed at aerobic fitness in the cycling movement corresponding studing music in the ride the movement generated by physiological and psychological effects.This study is based on the basis of previous studies on the effect of music in exercise in an experimental study on. (3) Exercise on mood changes were tested have some improvement, through the exercise, male subjects were healthy state of mind tend to increase, while women tend to be a vicious state of mind were tested to improve.
