In the 1960s, Nixon took a "new federalism" reformation banner.This reform decentralized power of the federal government, state and local governments to improve the administrative efficiency, revenue sharing reform decentralized the federal government power, therefore, is the core content of the New Federalism reform.This paper intends to put President Nixon implementation of revenue sharing reform as the research object, the combination of the Nixon era background, discuss the influence and the implementation process ,focus on a series of Nixon's revenue sharing reform bills.Introduction of the thesis mainly introduce academe research Richard Nixon's revenue sharing, finding relatively weak parts, writing for this choice of Angle, and determine the importment problem to solve. The Text including three parts.The first part of this thesis is the background of Richard Nixon's revenue sharing reform. Mainly from Keynes crisis in the 1960s, American economic structure crisis, cooperative federalism crisis, the rise of conservatism aspects to compile the reform reasons.The second part of the thesis mainly introduces the practice of Nixon's revenue sharing reform ,share the three revenue bill and implementation .The third part of the thesis mainly analyze the reform of revenue sharing. Revenue sharing is the emergence of a conservatism. Revenue sharing ideas inherited and developed by the government, therefore it has far-reaching influence, but it is undeniable that the reform also has a certain lack of thoroughness.Taking into account what we have disscussed , we reasonably come to the conclusion that we give objectivly and comprehensive evaluation about President Nixon's Revenue sharing...
