Study On The Functioning Mechanism Optimization In Cpc Organizations At The Intermediate Level In University

The work mechanism conditions of community level CPC organizations at universities, determines the effects of organizations of this level, embodies the constructional achievements of the community level Party organizations, is related to the overall situation of Party construction at universities and affects the reform, development and stability. Optimizing the working mechanism constantly plays a key role in strengthening and improving the community level Party organizing construction at universities.
