Study Of Innovations In Constructing The Mechanism Of Learning Party Organizations In Colleges And Universities

Constructing a learning party organization is not only a long-term strategic task,but also a systematic program containing the requirement of practice and innovation.With the new development of national conditions, college situation, and intra-Partyconditions, the work of building a learning party organization in colleges anduniversities is facing some new problems and contradictions, which puts forward newchallenges and requests. Under this background, innovations on mechanismconstruction of a learning party organization in colleges and universities aresignificantly strategic activities.Adhering to integrating theory with practice, this thesis uses such researchmethods as literature and questionnaire survey to analyze the present situation ofconstructing the mechanism of learning party organizations in colleges anduniversities, and finds some problems during construction, such as the rigidmechanism of learning supervision, attenuation of mechanism of organization andleadership, short of mechanism of assessment and incentive, and absence of safeguardmechanism. The construction mechanism of a learning party organization is stillfacing huge long-term difficulties. In view of the present situation of learning partyorganizations in colleges and universities, the thesis combines learning supervision,organization and leadership, assessment and incentive, with guarantee of conditions toconstruct a rigorous and fully functional operation mechanism, try to solve theproblems of standardization and lengthening, from the perspective of strengtheningmechanism construction, in order to lastingly implement the work of building learningparty organizations in colleges and universities to practice.The thesis consists of four parts:Part one: introduction. As the basis of the whole thesis, this part mainlyelaborates the selected topic basis, the research aim, and significance. It summarizesthe relevant research at home and abroad, card the basic research ideas and framework,and elaborate the main research methods and innovations. Part two: an overview of the mechanism of constructing learning partyorganizations in colleges and universities. Guided by the concepts of mechanism andinnovations in mechanism, as well as innovations in the mechanism of learning partyorganizations in colleges and universities, combining with the basic characteristics ofthe mechanism of constructing learning party organizations in colleges anduniversities, the thesis proposes the importance and intellectual foundations. There aretwo points mainly presenting the intellectual foundations. One is discusses that areaccumulated by foreign Marxism authors in practice, the other is the ideological andtheoretical achievements gained by all previous Chinese leaders of the centralauthority after collective learning.Part three: the current situation of constructing the mechanism of learning partyorganizations in colleges and universities, the existing problems and their causes. Thispart focuses on summarizing the achievements and weakness in constructing themechanism of learning party organizations in colleges and universities. It deeplyanalyses the existing problems and analyses the causes.Part four: the way of innovations in mechanism of learning party organizations incolleges and universities. Secondly, based on the major principles,it introduces the contents of innovations, and the contents,main focus on thefollowing four aspects which arelearning and supervision mechanism; organizationand leadership mechanism; assessment and incentive mechanism,and guarantee ofconditions. Finally, it is about the measures taken for innovations in mechanism oflearning party organizations in colleges and universities. From the aspects of runningmode, organization structure, management style, and resource allocation, innovationsare to be made in the contents of mechanism of learning party organizations incolleges and universities.
