Arrestment is an imporment part of the criminal judical system, which can punish the criminal and also could safeguard the human rights. As different countries have different judicial system , the concept of the arrest provisions is also different.Arrestment in China is the implementation by the statutory agencies in accordance with due process of law, other compulsory measures are not enough to prevent danger from society. To take the suspect, there are time limits or temporarily deprived of their freedom of coercive measures. There are rich,well-arrestd theory and complete system settings in Britain,the United States,Germany and Japan. The significance of the arrest of modern laws and regulations system gradually changes and improves, but long-standing tradition of judicial philosophy, specific systems, investigative techniques and other causes of and constraints, regardless of the arrest and detention, arrest detention arbitrarily oriented, extended detention serious arrest function of alienation, and relief does not sound so many ways to become increasingly prominent.
