The Analysis And Investigation Of Business-government Collusion Crime

In recent years, there is a new phenomenon in the cases of corruption: the government officials abused their power and acted in collusion with the illegal businesses or merchants to get the profit, which can be called Business-Government Collusion Crime. This phenomenon has been showed in the cases of Chen Niangyu, Cheng Kejie and Huang Guangyu. The Business-Government Collusion Crime not only discredits the ministerial prestige and affects the trust between people and government, but hinders the development of marketing economy as well. This dissertation will explore the new category of police's reconnaissance by analyzing the concepts, characteristics, harmfulness and causes of Business-Government Collusion Crime. Based on the comparison between the categories of reconnaissance for internal and external cases, this article will research and investigate the new method and strategy of reconnaissance to the Business-Government Collusion Crime, and so as to demonstrate the new direction in development of investigative techniques and provide a reference to combat this kind of crime.
