On The Effectiveapproaches Of Leading Social Thoughts Trends With The Socialism Core Value System

Comrade Hu as general secretary of the CPC Central Committee summed up the strategic decision of the experience of culture construction since the reform and opening up, which is building up the system of socialist core values, leading diverse social thoughts with the system of socialist core values. We must keep to using the system of socialist core values to lead social thoughts, it is not only the need of strengthening and consolidating the socialist ideological position, but also an important way of building up the system of socialist core values. In the present era, diverse thoughts have become more and more serious. In this case, we should adhere to the guiding ideology of unification, and establish the leading position of Marxism. How to lead the variety of social thoughts properly is the key to using the system of socialist core values to lead social thoughts. Follow the "decision" policy which emphasizes "respect for differences, tolerance of diversity", and use the system of socialist core values, analyze the main problems and reasons of leading social thoughts carefully. In the process of dealing with the various social thoughts, we should keep to breaking the legislation while legislate in the breaking, not only distinguish right from wrong, but also encompass diversity, and then to maximize the formation of social consensus.In this thesis, the effective ways of leading social thoughts have been studied from the following aspects. First, the leading function of the socialist core values system were described; second, explored the practice base of leading social thoughts from three aspects; third, proposed the basic principles of effective ways of leading social thoughts; fourth, put forward the effective strategies of leading social thoughts from seven angles. By studying on these issues, it provided a theory reference for us to have clear understanding of the importance of using the socialist core values system leading social thoughts, explored effective strategies and methods of leading social thoughts, and then to find out the best way of leading social thoughts properly.
