In the document of Further Strengthen and Improve Ideological and Political Education of University Students in August,2004, the Party and the state Council clearly stated that we should strengthen the construction of college culture, and use it as an effective way to enforce the college students'ethnical and political education.To strengthen the construction of college culture, fully play the implicit moral education function of college campus culture, is an important way to improve the attractiveness and practice of ideological and political education in the university, is the indispensable requirements of the time development and society improvement, is an essential condition to cultivate innovative talents with high qualities in the universities.This article takes Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of Three Represents as its guide to action, follow the principle of combining theory with practice, combined with the theories of sociology, psychology and pedagogy, apply Literature Analysis, theoretical analysis, comparative analysis, survey research, etc. do in-depth exploration and research on the Implicit Moral Education Function of College Campus Culture.This article focuses on the implicit moral education function of college campus culture, theorical analyses from the connotation and characteristic of Implicit Moral Education and College Campus Culture. On this basis, it demonstrates and explains the property of the implicit moral education function of college campus culture, by surveying and analyzing certain typical cases of the construction of college campus culture in several universities in China. It summarize the deep-rooted problems existed in the implicit moral education function of college campus culture, and combine the theories of sociology, psychology and pedagogy to analyze the reasons and focuses on the reasons to further explain the goal concept of the implicit moral education function of college campus culture, try to form a well-structured and functioned college campus cultural system which fully play the implicit moral function so as to fully develop and use its function and strive to realize the effectiveness of implicit moral education.
