The Study On The Construction Of University Campus Culture From The Perspective Of Implicit Moral Education

The Communist Party of China made series of comprehensive requirements including that developing level construction of the university campus culture in order to pushing forward culture reforming and developing under the new situation in the Seventeenth Session of the Sixth Plenary Session. It contains theoretical and practical value for some degree that extending the view of research of the university campus culture construction and enriching the contents of moral education research and enhancing the university moral education and improving the construction of campus culture. The article is divided into four parts. There are research background and research significance and research status and research methods and research innovation in the first part of the paper. The second part of the text includes combing the concepts of Implicit Moral Education and university campus culture construction, demonstrating inherent relationship of campus culture and Implicit Moral Education. In the third part of the text, it summarizes the questions of the construction of campus culture. It is that some universities focusing on the scale of campus but ignoring the connotation in the material culture construction of campus. It is that some universities paying attention to management but forgetting the humane care in the institutional culture construction of campus. It is that some universities emphasizing on surrounding feeling but neglecting education in the behavioral culture construction of campus. It is that some universities focus on form but ignore characteristic in the spiritual culture construction of campus. At the same time, it lists on the main cases that ignoring the Implicit Moral Education in the culture construction of campus and making less use of moral education elements of campus culture. In the fourth part of the text, it propose measures about the culture construction of campus from the perspective of the licit Moral Education. Firstly, it is that attaching importance to build campus culture from the perspective of implicit moral education. Secondly, it is given the profound of moral connotation of the university campus material culture by the way of educating students in the material environment. Thirdly, it is that building reasonable institutional culture by taking students as the school masters. Fourth, it is that developing the campus behavior culture according to holding series of campus activities. Fifth, it is that building a positive spirit of the campus culture by the way of deepening the connotation of School Motto and highlighting the implication of the School Badge and strengthening the culture of learning and mining the historical value of school.
