Currently,markers are placed on the bony landmarks,which are not the joint rotation center,while using real time motion capture system.Therefore,it is difficult to compare the results between real time motion capture system and image analysis system.It is also troublesome to get the center of gravity because of difficulties of using human inertial model.The calculated joint angles with only one degree of freedom,which cannot meet the needs of 3D motion analysis.This thesis is divided into three parts in order to solve above-mentioned problems.Firstly,a protocol of real time motion capture system is established,including marker placement,establishment of local coordinate and selection of human inertial model.Secondly,software is programmed to analysis the data of real time motion capture system.The main functions of the software are getting kinematics parameters and statistics parameters.The kinematics parameters contain coordinate transformer, 3D joint angle,joint center and center of gravity.The statistics parameters contain averaged curve,confidence band,coefficient of correlation and coefficient of variation.Finally,experiment has proved that the similarity is very high between image analysis and real time motion capture system.Therefore the protocol and the software are logistic and effective.
