competitive fitness Qigong contest,the superior difficulty of the gracefully gestures showed in balancing action adding a lot of characteristics for the competitive fitness qigong contest,but its failure rates are too high.there is a certain defect in the time and quality when athletes accomplishing the balancing actions,thus,mastering and stable playing for the balancing action are very important standards in judging the competing level of athletes.This context selected fitness qigong,ba duan jin,and Attack on both Sides like Shootout as object of study and used the APAS system to analyze the collected image date and used the method that Trignotm wireless system which were produced by DELSYS and the software EMGworks4.17 Analysis,choosed fitness qigong,ba duan jin of the
