The Research On The Automatic Voice Telephone Payment Reminders System

In today's information society of rapid development, CTI (Computer Telephone Integration) is produced and developmented along with the telecommunications and computer technology. It contains data communications and the network of traditional voice communications. From the beginning of the birth, The CTI technology is constantly evolving with the development of computer technology. The CTI manage the telecommunications by uesing computer. The platform and the capability that is provide by the CTI can be beneficial to generate new business conveniently.Under this background, the research development of the Automatic Speech fee reminders System of based on CTI technology is completed in this paper. Firstly, the basical knowledge about this system is introduced, including the characteristics and selection of Computer Telephony Boards, Signaling Systsem 7 and Tools of WEB application development. Secondly, The System Framework and user requriement of the Automatic Speech Fee Reminders System of based on Browse Service(BS), and the relationship among the modules is introduced. Finally, the design of an User-Interface and the database design is shown in details.In the endof the paper, the test results of the real enviroment is given. The results show that the system can satisfy the High-speed notification which is request by users, with nice Query Report and Setting function is supplied.
