Cti Technology-based Telephone Design And Implementation Of Automatic Ticketing System With Voice Mail

Computer Telephone Integration (CTI) is a technical field developed in these years, and has been widely applied in the service industries currently. Automated telephone booking and voice mailbox are typical application of CTI, which improve service quality of an enterprise and are provided with the wide application foreground.The paper discusses the whole framework and operation flow of the automated telephone booking which deals in the tickets of entertaining program and gymnastic program, and mainly discusses the solution of key problems such as the design and realization of the flexible system of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and dynamic production of the voice information with the technology of object oriented, network communication, Text To Speech (TTS) and COM. In addition, a scheme of mini voice mailbox applied in Customer Service Center is discussed in the paper, which preferably solutes the problems such as falling of service quality and credit degree of an enterprise caused by busy line or absence of the answerer.The main function of the automated telephone booking and voice mailbox has been realized currently. The systems are commonly flexible and are provided with actual application value.
