NET technology, three-tier Web application development and design models. Can be a very good separation of business logic and that enhance the system reusability and scalability.Development and use of the system, Weifang Blue Shield Electronics Machinery Co., Ltd. can be easily in human resources management arrangements and human resources tasks. The system seeks to ease of use with high scalability and maintainability. The entire system development process strictly follow the requirements of software engineering, so that modular analysis, modular design and modular coding.Through the implementation of human resources management system, implementation of personnel, time and attendance, training, performance appraisal, recruitment, and system maintenance, and so the unified management of information to relevant personnel from the complicated to extricate personnel information management, improved work efficiency. The system uses B/S three-tier architecture model, making the information is centralized control, software maintainability, reusability, higher, reducing the load on the client, security, stronger.System put into use, stable and reliable, the company's human resources management to improve efficiency and reduce management costs, the platform to play its due performance, the company's human resources management to ensure that the information sector more orderly and efficient operation, to achieve the expected goals of the system.
