| Recent years, with the rapid development of logistics service in China, some problems are brought in this area, such as poor logistics information infrastructure, lagging transportation information, slow development of public service systems. In order to satisfy the requirements of increasing logistic services, save social logistic cost and reduce resource waste, it's urgent to construct a flexiable logistic information system, which should have high informationization, widely coverage and satisfy the demand of managing logistic information.This paper analyzes the current situation of logistics industry and requirement, a logistics information platform of investigation and related technical principle and the development environment, adopting satellite positioning, GIS and GSM mobile communication technology designed a cover nationwide logistics information platform. This platform contains operation management center and application service center, the vehicle management subsystem application service center is the core of subsystems. This article through to vehicle management subsystem of the frame structure, functional design, communication protocol design simulation experiment, and verifies the subsystem of applicability and reliability, and achieved good trial results. |
