Researches On Mobile Network Build And Core Network

On Oct. 2008, China Telecom formally procures the CDMA network from China Unicom and comes into a stage of operating all kinds of telecom services. To further deepening the enterprise brand in service and coperate operation and maintaining the advantages in fierce market competition, China Telecom must continuously improve its network services and service quality which will increase the customer satisfactory and honesty as well.Against this background, China Telecom Fujian Branch starts the CDMA core network engineering design of 2009 network building project, which is base on the project of 2008, aiming at meet the requirements of high end customer and maintain the stability of network at the same time. According to the market research, by the end of 2010, China Telecom Fujian Branch will own about 3.65 million mobile subscribers. However, the recent capacity of core nerwork is far from meeting the demand of users. As a result, the expansion of core network's capacity is imperative. In this CDMA core network engineering design of 2009 network building project,my work and research is following:1. Further reseach and study on the technical principles of systematic structure, technical features, interface protocol, the key network element and etc., which will be applied when CDMA core network in the situation of NGN and ALL IP organizing.2. Study the current CDMA network organizing situation in Fujian Province, and reasonably arrange the newly-built and expansion of network on the basis of market prediction and local state.3. Newly build 5MSCe,4MGW and 2HLR and expan enlarge the capacity of existing 4MSCe,10MGW,4HLR as well as the network element of PDSN,AAA,AN-AAA. This project will cost xxx million Yuan and satisfy the requirements to the end of 2010.4. Take part in the plan and implement of CDMA core network structure adjustment and routing alternation project in Fujian province.5 Participate the jobs of equipments designing, installing, testing, checking, cutting-over, fulfillment etc.6. Finally, make a conclusion to this project reseach and put forward the next research plan.
