| With the development of three-dimensional visualization technology,in recent years three-dimensional GIS system development technology has got great progress, and the applications from the initial geological exploration, atmospheric research and other professional fields into the social life .The traditional three-dimensional GIS technology of its large coverage area, focus on the characteristics of topography simulation to some extent, restricted the expansion of three-dimensional technology bottleneck areas, how do the traditional three-dimensional GIS systems to enable them to improve and expand the same as management information systems for a variety of management decision-making bodies the basic tools to go deep into all areas of management decision-making is very valuable. How do the traditional GIS systems to enable them to improve and expand the same as management information systems for a variety of management decision-making bodies the basic tools to go deep into all areas of management decision-making is valuable research .Traditional three-dimensional geospatial GIS system covers more extensive research focused on the object while the external structure of the real simulation, these two points is the main constraints of a three-dimensional GIS to the management information system development. In this paper, based on the traditional three-dimensional GIS modeling concept proposed by two-dimensional and a half, through the floor inside the building structure and room equipment, a good model to solve the two constraints, and based of that we build the three-dimensional management information system. It combines some advantages of the three-dimensional GIS and management information systems , In the traditional management of digital information-based decision-making process a more intuitive three-dimensional graphics information, this will enable more comprehensive intuitive decision-making information, to some extent to improve the accuracy of decision-making. This paper focus on the structure of the three-dimensional management information systems, and we have a in-depth description on the three-dimensional management information systems from the meta data structure, database design, data set standards, equipment standards the four aspects, this specific three-dimensional Building Management Information System to provide a more comprehensive reference information. |
