With the advent of 3G era, mobile phones are gradually switching from communication terminals simply for voice and information to personal information service terminals. It's becoming possible for the needs of the online mobile payment system and the mobile office thanks to the continuous increase of mobile phone's transmission bandwidth and rate. The convenience of mobile phones brings about the users'dependency on it.It will cause enormous impact upon mobile phones'users once the cell phone is lost as it stores a mass of privacy data.Aggravate with the fact that mobile communication technology expands as well as cellphone industry competes, innovation on the technology is the inevitable trend that cellphone develops. So that the mobile phones which made in China is in the level of a breakthrough, the establishment of a truly independent intellectual property rights of national mobile communications industry. Therefore, it's great significance to innovative technology and develop stable products timely on the market demands.This paper firstly introduces the mobile phones'security problems users facing and various kinds of solutions put forward by cell phone manufacturers home and abroad in mobile phones'security area. Afterwards, based on MTK, this paper brings forth the security solution to mobile phone's anti-theft technology. Through the realization of three functional modules including anti-theft tracing, remote control and privacy protection, it successfully solves the security problems of how to protect privacy and to retrieve important data and even the lost cell phone when a user loses his cell phone.This paper lucubrates on the technical framework of MTK and expounds the software design of mobile phone's anti-theft technology. It elaborates the software interfaces and the realization of functional modules including anti-theft tracing, remote control and privacy protection, and the testing to the anti-theft technology on mobile phones was discussed as well.
