Virtual Reality technology can simulate people's perception acts such as watching, listening and touching realistically by synthetically imposing software, hardware and realated technology. So it mades participants having the reception and realization of immersing into a virtual world. The article has studied the applications of visual mine technology used in the train of security production. And its simulate object is avoiding process of outburst disaster in mine. Students will have genuine feeling in this training. They will recept the accident process, the circumstance of the disaster. So they will keep the circumstance of the disaster and the paths of avoiding disaster in their mind. The application of this system will made the training process intuitionistic and actual effect to the people work below mine.This article has imitated the circumstance of mine, work equipment and the like adopting the procedure of modeling with advanced modeling facility Creator, driving with high-grade imitate tool Vega and using VC++ as flat roof, exploitated imitate system of visual mine. And this article has erected mathmatic model of figuring the best paths of avoiding disaster, achieved the alternating simulated in three-dimensional visual of avoiding disater used VR. All these are based on the principles of avoiding disaster in the reality. The main works contain:(1) Established static models of the environment on the bottom of the mine. Using MultiGen Creator erected building model group contains industry square on the top of the mine, laneway and Underground Chamber.(2) Established dynamic models of the scene and characters. Using MultiGen Creator erected the mostly production facilities; and using DI-GUY software and Vega imitated characters below well.(3) Dynamic simulation in mine disaster based on Vega. Verisimilitude simulated to the scene contains the flow of the fresh wind, gas, mixture of explode gas, blaze, explode on the bottom of the mine. Commanded the factors such as the explode time, position, spread range, fire intension, smoke flow aspect,put out a fire, of influencing disaster development by the way of transfering Vega API in the flat roof of the software VC++.(4) Dynamic simulation of avoiding disaster. Introduced the principle of ascertain the best way of avoiding disaster in the realism. Adopted the mathematics models which can calculate best way of avoiding disaster and create two-dimensional path based on this. Made the drive engine come true using Vega. All this visualized the two-dimension path of avoiding disaster. Presented to the operator in the form of three-dimentional visual and alternating. Established roam system which united controlled ramble and automatism system. Imposd collided inspect tech to make the priciple of avoiding disaster carry throgh the wading.We hope we can erect a visual and mutual wading system that permeated the feel of immersion, so we can help people to know the form, factor, course of it's happen and develop, the aftermath of all kind of the accidents.
