| In view of the current social transportation condition, the driver's labor intensity, and the present situation which the traffic accident increases day by day, according to the domestic and foreign research experiences and referring to many plans , combining our country's actual situation, this thesis mainly studies and designs the automobile automatic shift control system.In the thesis, the general plan of the automobile shift control system is described and each component and its function are introduced. The hardware circuit of the implementing agency is designed according to the working idea of the implementing agency. In addition, PLC is used to construct the implementing agency core control unit (ECU), and the system software flow is designed and the software is also programmed. In view of vehicles and environment, the anti-jamming and the reliability design are considered and the CAN BUS is introduced to the design of the automatic automobile shift control system. Finally, the CAN BUS hardware circuit design and the corresponding software programming are introduced.This paper combines the machine design and the electronic technology and shows their own superiority fully. The manual shift gears will change into shift automatically by re-design its original transmission gearbox and makes the function of the transmission control system much stronger and more reliable, hence guarantees the shift gears become fast and reliable. |
