The Development And Application Of Rural Power Management System

The support and set up of National policy,the richness of pepple'living conditions,the increase of electicity consomption are claming heighter request for rural electicity.The old rural management system could not fit to the development of rural economy.It needs to coming out with a new rural managemnet system for standardizing the rural electicity market.Many power supply bureau are seeking new rural management system actively.This paper is developing a set of rural power management system at the request of a Electric Power Bureau.The project now is completed and has been put to use.First,This paper research on the status and problem of recent rural power management,in the base of analysing in detail on characteristic of rural power management,discussing about the reason that exist in our rural management system,and come up with some solutions to resolve the problem of our rural management.Meanwhile,drawing on the development and accumulation for many years of experience of rural power management abord,summarizing the advantage of rural management abroad accoding to the situation of our country.Then,this paper introduce the Visual Basic language and Access datebase that used to develop rural power management system. This paper analyse in detail on characteristic of VB language,from the brief interface of VB to its various function,from the strict logical of VB language to its convenience debug,prove the advantage of this development tool.Secend,combining with Access database and actual situation of this system,this paper interduced Access database.Then,this paper describe in detail of every ascepts of this project,including every control that used for setup the interface of project,the code that write for achieving the function of interface,the principle of development in this project,the method of development and the setup of back-stage database,etc.This rural power management system are developing for the need of a power supply bureau.This system solve with the problem of assess with rural electrician successfully. There are three functions that the system implement:1.the function of assess.Mainly assess the rural electricians that belongs to a bureau that make up by nine power supply stations and two line classesby post every month.2.the function of inquire.It involve name inquire,date inquire and the all or the one in power supply station and line class.3.the management of system.Involve the person increase or reduce in every station or every class,and modify the code of administrator.The principle of this system to assess worker is combing objective with subjective,it not only has the function that assess worker strictly,but also has the function for the leader to intervene and explain with exceptional case.The author try his best to make the system more hommization and scientification. Recent years,many power supply bureau are working out a detail regulations for their subordinate rural electical worker aiming to standardization,scientization and methodization of basic work of rural management,improving the rural electicity worker,improving the power supply bureau work efficiency,promoting bussness management.This system is developing for a Power Supply Bureau,its function is to assess and administ rural electrician's management,making it more Standardization and systematic.This system is intelligent,convenionce and rapid,with its extention,open and compatibility,could be developed more furtherly and deeply.
