In recent years, with economic globalization and the knowledge-based economy's deepening, China's enterprises are facing more competitive challenges. As1980's practices and research say, which corporate can fully utilize and manage corporate human capital, which can be an edge in the competition.In thispaper, first, using theoretical method, it concludes that ecorporate human capital has a decisive role on corporate performances.Second,by sleccting the communications and textile corporate as sample which represent high-tech industrial and traditional industries, using empirical analysis trying to proof that corporate human capital has a decisive role in corporate in two ways. Finally given a clear strategy for how corporate using manages and utilization in more efficient way, so as to achieve corporate business goals.First of all, this paper makes a details descriptions the set of corporate human capital and corporate performance study of the status quo at home and abroad, pointing the shortcomings and deficiencies in current domestic research, so as to arrive the purpose of this research and the significance of this study, identifying the direction of research content, research methods and research frame.Secondly, this paper give a symtematic summary of human capital related theories and corporate performance related theories, mainly related to human capital theory and corporate performance related theories, with an emphasis on basic resources theory, describing corporate human capital has an important impact on corporate performance, providing a theoretical support for empirical research.Again, after selecting scientific samples for the empirical research, using statistical methods to analyze corporate human capital and another related variables'impact on corporate performance, sum up corporate human capital's impact on corporate performance in communications and textile corporate.Finally, based on empirical results of the analysis, the one hand, point out corporate human capital has a great contribution to corporate performances; the other hand, reflect the efficient of corporate human capital in China's enterprises is low, in order to improve corporate performances, corporate should strengthen corporate human capital management, giving some recommendations for achieve the goal.
