With the reform and open-door policy for 30 years, our country's national economy develops rapidly, the comprehensive national strength obviously strengthens. The research indicated:Up to 2007, for 30 years,Chinese economic growth is unbalanced, divided into many stages. The article is based on the study for 30 years of the related facrors,such as the Chinese budgetary income, primary industry value added, secondary industry value added,tertiary industry value added, the population and the resident consumption and so on, without the price swelling factor effect, it suggests a more appropriate piecewise model-logarithm linearity model. From the respect of economics, the article has made a reasonable explanation to the model that has been built. The conclusion accords with Chinese reality.
