Based On Web-based Survey Of Supply Chain Business Knowledge And Behavior Analysis

The 21st century is knowledge competition; therefore the knowledge management is increasingly becoming the core competent of enterprises. The knowledge behaviors focus on upgrading and improving the efficiency and knowledge between SCEs(supply chain enterprises).Now, there is a fast-changing world economy. Both the uncertainty between market and SCEs themselves brings instability factors to the knowledge management of supply chain. So, it is essential to manage the knowledge behavior between SCEs. Then we should realize that benefits and opportunities are gotten not only a few large groups, but also SCEs and new enterprises.Above all, it's make great sense to study the knowledge behavior between SCEs. Considering increase the innovation and effectiveness, coordinate the relationship between the SCEs.Reviewing the papers at home and abroad, I build the behavior model of SCEs, put forward theoretical assumptions in knowledge of production, market & design in SCEs, which have total effects on the whole. Through the way of internet survey to collect information, so that is more targeted for thesis research. Using SPSS and AMOS to organize and test data reliability and validity, factor and variance, finally verify the assumptions made before. Through the analysis of structural equation model, I come to the following conclusions:that the knowledge behavior between SCEs has three factors, which are knowledge of production, market & design. And the three have the remarkable positive influence on the knowledge behavior between SCEs. The Questionnaire "supply chain business knowledge behavior measure" could serve as an effective evaluation tool to guide the actual work. At the bottom, the essay pointed out the next step for a more in-depth study.
