As the establishment of market economic system in china, ABC Bank has gradually faded out of its former tab of policy bank, and transited to commercial banks positively. However, in the post-WTO era, the bank is a very strong alternative industry, not only be replaced by the various financial agencies ,but the non-financial are easy to enter ,so the competition is very intense Therefore it is necessary to study how to obtain a competitive advantage and improve their competitiveness for ABC Bank. at the present, ABC Bank has just listed successful, but Around, there are three major state-owned banks, many joint stock banks and some city commercial banks. The ABC is lack of theoretical basis of competitive strategy, more serious, ABC is lack of strategic planning of competitive differentiation on this basic. Even in the vast rural market, ABC Bank has other competitors, such ADBC banks, rural credit cooperatives, postal savings, small rural banks and so on, their products, whether in rural or urban, have the homogenization tendency. It is harmful for the ABC's developmentEnvironment in the near future. the General principles and requirements of ABC Bank's Listing that determined at National Financial Work Conference in 2007 is "For agriculture, overall restructuring, business operations, choose and listing". The first principles and the prerequisite is For agriculture, it is basically define the market positioning and development strategies; As a Corporation, business operation is the basic requirement, ABC must achieve sustainable development , in particular, to meet the requirements of shareholder returns, so ABC Bank branch ,in particular, the county is facing more difficulties and pressures. First, all the product of ABC Bank is difficult to meet the needs of urban and rural markets; Second, compared to other three state-owned banks, ABC's competitive is weaker; Once again, in the rural market, a few years ago, ABC Executive contraction Strategy to Occupation of the urban market, the Results is Rural credit cooperatives has more flexible mechanism, the latter has an better competition. Finally, foreign banks are bound to ABC Bank in the future. For the above, the ABC must enhance the core competitiveness; otherwise it is Dangerous that the County branch of ABC Bank is marginalization. Therefore, research and analysis the county branch of ABC Bank's competitiveness, especially from the service, product differentiation and other aspects, and develop the implementation of related strategies; there is great theoretical and practical significance for the county branch of ABC Bank's primary survival and development.This article study Yangdong ABC Bank's differences Strategy, from the Differentiation of service concept, service channel, product innovation, intermediate service, online banking service and other aspects of market differentiation measures. the paper attempt to analyze the Competitive Strategy of the county branch of ABC Bank , to explore an propriety competitive strategy for the development of ABC. Thus format the ABC Bank's competitiveness.Through analysis, the paper concludes: ABC Bank branch has certain advantages in the county brand, network layout, human resources, and infrastructure. However, in the concept of service, product innovation, compared with other state-owned commercial banks, especially small joint-stock commercial banks ABC is disadvantage. So keep Sustainable Innovating, establish the awareness of innovation, and ultimately format the core competitiveness of county branch of ABC Bank.
