In the developing process of IT outsourcing industry from the developed countries to the developing countries, not only is the scale of IT outsourcing increasing, but also the business line become more and more wide, but a growing number of failures and growing risks are followed. In recent years, China's IT outsourcing industry is booming, and the outsourcing market also goes to mature, however, the corresponding risk control system has not been established, as a result, the risk control has gradually become the "bottleneck" of implementation of IT outsourcing, and severely restricted the further development of IT outsourcing. Therefore, IT outsourcing risk control is imminent.In order to make IT outsourcing serve enterprises better, we have to strengthen risk control to it.In the process of implementing the IT outsourcing, many uncertain factors can make outsourcing activities exist certain risks, so the study on IT outsourcing risk is of great significance. Through the risk analysis and control study of IT outsourcing, the party awarding strengthen the risk consciousness of management, formulate the correct and feasible IT outsourcing risk planning, and carry out monitoring and management on the implementation of IT outsourcing process, thus, playing a positive role in IT outsourcing. Only by IT outsourcing risk control research, strengthen their own risk control ability, consummate management system and improve the service quality, can the contractor get more trust from customers and support from enterprises and establish stable win-win cooperation relations, and ultimately getting faster and better development. Through the comprehensive research on the various risk factors related to the outsourcing, and the summary of the method which can be used to effectively avoid and monitor the risk, the IT outsourcing can play a important role in enterprises. This topic is also the need to study and solve urgently now. Purposes of this article is to show customer enterprises a more comprehensive and more specific understanding of IT outsourcing risk management, control risks more targeted and effectively by taking a variety of methods, reduce the loss brought by the risk of the enterprise, and thereby, making the IT outsourcing give full play to the advantages of enterprises that brings.Due to these understandings, this article takes the standpoint of enterprises, proposes risk management framework for IT outsourcing on the basis of risk management theory, then utilizes IT outsourcing risk control framework to analyze and research the three risk sources of IT outsourcing, summarizing three effective IT outsourcing risk control methods and coping strategies. Finally, from the three perspectives of Outsourcers, contractors and transaction, the author induces risk control measures, and hopes that effective controls of IT outsourcing risk can provide strong protection and active roles to help enterprises achieve the desired strategic goals, save IT costs and improve core competitiveness and management efficiency.
