In the informatization process, B2B e-commerce has changed the firms'business model, and play more and more important role in the firm development. So it is necessary to analyze how B2B affect the firm performance from the microeconomic level. Therefore, the paper focused on the firms to explore the relationship between B2B e-commerce and firm performance.With the firm strategic subject transforming from individual to VTN (value trust network), network has become an important way to improve firm performance. Therefore, the paper analyzes the B2B e-commerce impact on the firm performance deeply in the perspective of firm network. The existing studies emphasized direct influence of the character of network relationship and structure but neglected combination with firms'abilities, so they got contradictory conclusions of the impact of firm network on performance. So, the intermediate is introduced into the analysis.The study analyzes the relationship in depth by using the methods such as network data digging, case interviews, questionnaire investigation and literature research. Through the network data digging, the B2B development status has been introduced. That further notes the necessary of the research and provides the basis of sample choose. Combining the study of firm network and B2B network models, the study gets the characters of B2B firm network and proposes the dimensions of B2B firm network. Through the review of literature, the paper establishes the analytical framework: B2B Firm Network---Dynamic Capability---Firm Performance and takes a positive analysis focused on the the firms which has used B2B for three or more years in the four B2B developed areas in Zhejiang such as Yiwu, Yongkang, Hangzhou and Ningbo. Based on 172 valid samples, the paper takes an analysis on data by using the statistical analysis software SPSS 16.0 which in details included reliability and validity analysis, correlation and regression analysis and AMOS17.0.Based on the empirical analysis, the following conclusions have been drawn:(1) Different dependence on B2B network, industry of firm and the areas, different B2B firm network structured.(2) B2B firm network has a significant impact on the firm performance and different network dimension has different impact on firm performance. B2B network intensity and B2B network centrality have significant impacts on short-term performance. B2B network centrality and B2B network dynamic have significant impacts on long-term performance.(3) B2B firm network has a significant impact on the dynamic capability and different B2B firm network dimension has different impact on it. B2B network intensity impacts firm dynamic integration capability significantly while B2B network centrality have significant impacts on firm insight capability and B2B network dynamic on dynamic resources acquiring capability and dynamic integration capability.(4)Dynamic capability is the decisive factor in business performance. All the dimensions of dynamic capability impact the firm performance significantly except the impact dynamic resources acquiring capability on long-term performance.(5) Dynamic capability plays an intermediary role between B2B network and firm performance. In details, Dynamic capability plays an intermediary role between B2B network intensity and short-term performance. Dynamic capability plays an intermediary role between B2B network centrality, dynamic and long-term performance.According to the conclusion, the following recommendation has been advanced:(1) Attach importance to B2B network constucture and take enterprise informatization to a higher level.(2) Structure the B2B network target-oriented according to firm development and strategic aims.(3) Pay attention to the cultivation of dynamic capabilities in the B2B dynamic environment.(4) Coordinate the structure of B2B network and the development of dynamic capabilities.(5) Government support policies.The paper explores the relationship between B2B network and firm performance on the microeconomic level. And the conclusions could be used to guide the establishment of B2B firm network and nurture of dynamic capabilities to reduce the unplanned and short-sighted construct of B2B network, and reduce the blindness of creations of competitive advantage.
