The Research On The Synergy Effect Of Enterprises In China Td-scdma Industry

Since the 3rd-generation (3G) has been applied in China telecommunications industry, TD-SCDMA, which is first proposed by China, is becoming commercial as one of the 3G standards. The product market competition is totally different between 3G and 2G for the industry chain have changed. It means that, a single telecom operator, no matter how strong it is, can not get the dominant position just by itself. Although TD-SCDMA industry already has potential for commercial applications, there is still a certain gap compared with the other two 3G standards, and the industry chain has not reached maturity. Under this condition, TD-SCDMA industry chain must complete the transformation; cooperates with other enterprises to produce synergy effect, which can promote maturity of TD-SCDMA industry chain and achieve commercial success.Currently, Synergy Effect in TD-SCDMA industry is not really achieved, which only be demonstrated in shallow field. There is a great space for development about collaboration capabilities of TD-SCDMA Industry. Therefore, it is a significant for development of TD-SCDMA industry by fully exploiting the synergy effect and identifying measures to achieve synergy.Based on the Industry Chain theory, synergetic theory and theory of communication industry chain, this paper analyzes the structure of TD-SCDMA industry chain and its strengths and weaknesses on the premise that understands the development status of TD-SCDMA Industry. And then describes the features and principles for identification of the TD-SCDMA with synergetic theory. On this basis, TD-SCDMA synergy is divided into four types of management, technology, marketing, product, and synergy factors as well as synergy effects are analyzed. Then, this paper constructs index system of TD-SCDMA industry synergy, furthermore, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the effects of TD-SCDMA industry synergy, and the results of evaluation are analyzed. Finally, this paper proposes countermeasures to achieve the synergy of TD-SCDMA industry.
