Study On The Function And Effect Of Eva To A Enterprise's Fund Management

As fund is the blood of the operations of an enterprise, so a good fund management is an important manifestation of a good financial management of the enterprise. More ever, a sound fund operation does not only simplify a good financial management but also directly affect the economic benefits of the enterprise, and to some extent, it is closely related to the survival and development of the enterprise. As the competition in the market economy is soaring and the investor's confidence is faltering, the management of fund operation will become the thorniest problem that many enterprises confronting when in development. In the backdrop of world financial crisis, therefore, in order to ensure the preservation and appreciation of state assets and the stable rising of the value of state-owned enterprises, the SASAC had implemented EVA assessment according to the characteristics of the state-owned medium-sized enterprises, which aims to associate the operation with economic plus-value as to promote a good integrated development. Facing the pressure from both the financial crisis and the manage assessment from SASAC, enterprises' priority goes to the strengthening of fund management with an intention to solve the issues of least cost, using efficiency, and speeding up the funds for safe and efficient operationThis paper starts with assessment modal of A enterprise, and focuses on the analysis of the relationship of fund management and EVA. Also it aims to find out EVA indicator's element from the effect of fund management on EVA indicator. On the basis of existing problems, deep and extensive research and study, and borrowing of foreign advanced concept, this paper explores the fund management of A enterprise. The way used in this paper is to combine EVA with fund management, regarding the EVA as guide, and to explore fund management under EVA assessment, so as to formulate concept and methods of fund management of A enterprise.
