Being industrialized in world economic growth, is a lasting economic phenomenon. For the developing country, industrialization is economic takeoff and the core of economic growth and the only way to make for modernizes. When the 21st century coming, globalization and the region economic integration speeds up, Laos as the world's least developed countries, in the mid-1980s has carried out a comprehensive economic reform and all-round opening to the outside world.With the ASEAN Free Trade Area and sub-regional cooperation deepen, speed up the resources, technology, capital, personnel and the production factors in a wider range and new round of the national industrial structure adjustment and industrial transfer, as well as the Asia-Pacific region has become a multi-level gradient of the industrial structure. Laos has to take the opportunity to adjust resource-intensive industrial structure, accelerate the upgrading of the industrial structure. Improvement of relevant policies and laws for investment and actively consultation and coordination of bilateral and multilateral trade agreements, normal trade relations (NTR) the United States, provides policy support for FDI in order to push forward the process of industrialization.Careful analyze the socio-economic development and industries development of Laos, clear the objectives, explore industrialization model, and give supporting measures, which has practical significance of promoting the industrialization process.Papers take the development of economics, industry economics, international trade-related theory as theory support, combine the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, systems analysis and comparative analysis as complementary research methods to discuss the model of industrialization in Laos.
