At the end of the 20th century, the logistic service has been developing rapidly at home, and as the important component of the logistic service, the express delivery develops rapidly as the times require, with the society developing. Facing the fierce competition, only the enterprise offers high quality service, can the enterprise survive under the circumstance of overseas express magnate pushing forward China that the express delivery can survive and be flourishing lie in the advanced service quality. Then how to improve the managing and controlling of the logistic service quality are key problems which should be solved out urgently. This paper has done research on the service quality managing and controlling of the logistic enterprise, offering referential advice for improving the service level of logistic enterprise.On the basis of the predecessor doing research on quality controlling, this paper introduces the modern quality control thoughts and methods to the express enterprise, combining the investigation of Home Delivery, and analyzing the logistic service quality of delivery enterprise particularly with Kano Model and Disparity Model, finally coming to the conclusion that what relative factors affect the logistic service quality of delivery enterprise. The evaluation index and managing system of the delivery enterprise's logistic service quality were established, offering effective protection for the enterprise's sustainable development. In order to enable logistics service quality of the delivery enterprise to be effectively controlled, the paper analyzed the formation principle of logistic service quality and further putting forward the control indicators designing ideas of delivery enterprise's logistics service quality, combining service managing tools, such as service blueprint and SIPOC. On the basis of these aspects, combining Sigma quality manage thought and modern information technology, the control strategies of delivery enterprise's logistics service quality were put forward, and control system of the logistics service quality was also designed, helping the delivery enterprise improve the control level of the service quality, and guaranteeing the service quality of the enterprise. Finally, from the perspective of the delivery enterprise's development, the paper put forward the improving strategies of the delivery enterprise's logistic service quality.
