The central question of three-dimensional rural issues is about peasantry, and raising farmers' income is to improve the living standards and quality of life key. Farmers' income situation is a country's economic development and commercialization of the comprehensive response. At present, in particular in the dual economic structure, our farmers' income is low, there income growth rate of assistance, both big problems. Farmers' incomes are increasing, only to the interests of Chinese farmers and rural development, also directly relates to the new period of constructing a harmonious society. In the strategy of increasing in farmers' income, urbanization is china's economic and social development of a strategic and urbanization road is to address the problem of three-dimensional rural issues an important means, and the rural financial support to rural urbanization are well advanced. In Zhejiang province, in the urbanization process has been accelerated in the background, by the rural financial support of the farmers' income growth is necessary, and we must not evade the need to solve the problem. Therefore, we hope that by from Zhejiang province, Zhejiang rural urbanization level and financial development of the two sides to analyze the influence of the way increases in farmers' income. The sum borrowed by domestic and foreign scholars to have been associated with the study of theories, with urbanization level of Zhejiang, the rural financial development and the actual situation about the income of farmers, forward my own research direction and method, use of the history data to empirical, to the evaluation, and try to put forward some countermeasure and suggestions, hope that can promote Zhejiang farmers' income growth, broaden channels for raising farmers'income provide valuable policy recommendations. The test paper, first is based on, in 1978 and 2008 in time sequence data, by using vector since reunification on(VAR)model deputy, the inspection from Johansen, Granger causality tests, impulse response as a dismantling function, from Zhejiang the whole surface of the three relations is to effect analysis. To the power of savings on three-dimensional rural issues trends in farmers' income growth of certain positive effects, become the major factor of farmers' income growth, because farmers had to improve the savings can be more to invest in the peasants' own education, skills training and productive assets; and rural credit to a farmer income growth have to play, but in the short term effect is not apparent, this is largely because of the peace preservation of the financial system to be improved and the environment is; the urbanization level increased in the foreseeable future may not be conducive to the peasants of income growth, on three-dimensional rural issues trends in of more significant role, the development of urbanization income growth influence of the effect of certain hinder, but reasonable urbanization process has continued to promote the growth of farmers' income in Zhejiang. Secondly, based on the Zhejiang provincial' eleven area of the data analysis during1995-2008, by a unit root of the panel, the panel's examination, analysis the panel DOLS, To the Zhejiang provincial eleven area of the rural financial development and urbanization influence on how the peasants income growth regional differences, found that the urbanization level and higher rural areas of financial development of the peasant income growth, therefore, different regions of the government is reasonable to urbanization, require a policy, to promote the scientific and financial resources, of urbanization in rural financial equilibrium, to be more conducive to promote income growth.
