In a society of developed market economy, the ultimate goal of more and more enterprises is implementing economy strategy of sustainable development in order to enterprises and stakeholders' maximization of value, and corporate social responsibility is the important content and the objective requirements of the development of strategic economic sustainable development. The business of activities enterprises can accumulate the capital of every aspect for enterprises, so the thesis research the relationship of enterprise fulfill the social responsibility for stakeholders and the corporate value bases on the capital.Firstly, draw the theory of capital stakeholder from the stakeholder theory, social responsibility theory, the relation of social responsibility and the enterprise's financial performance. According to the different forms of capital-stakeholders, which are divided into five capital-stakeholders:financial capital-stakeholders, human resource capital-stakeholders, social capital-stakeholders, market capital-stakeholders and ecological capital-stakeholders. Through studying the relation of capital stakeholders and enterprises and leading enterprises to effectively fulfill social responsibility.Secondly, put forward to the relation theory based on the capital stakeholder of corporate social responsibility and the company value. Enterprises fulfill the social responsibility for stakeholders from the perspectives of the capital of each capital-stakeholders, accumulate all kinds of capital of enterprises, strengthen the market competitiveness and improve the value of corporate.Finally, carry sample data on the empirical research in order to verify the correctness of the proposed theory. Based on regression analysis, we find that the current corporate social responsibility on corporate value has significantly positive impact, so enterprises should actively to social responsibility. At the same time, the company value raised, enterprise will take more social responsibility. In a longer-term, corporate social responsibility still have a positive impact on corporate value. This shows that enterprise will pay more and more attention to social responsibility of long-term and will realize the sustainable development of enterprises benefit from social responsibility of the long-term.
