Corporate Social Responsibility System In Research, Enterprise And Stakeholder Coordination Mechanism

Corporate social responsibility becomes more important as society and economy develop. It is necessary for corporate to assume social responsibility from natural attributes and social properties. Corporate assume social responsibility in the proceed of coordinating the relationship among the stakeholders of corporate. This article devides the stakerholders from aspects of captal, resource, power and society. Coporate'behavior of responsibility helps maintain social welfare from the game thoery and ecomomics, which can achieve to Pareto optimal solution from cooperative at end. After analysis the interrelation, we draw to the conclusion from the deep reason. Corporate should change from passive to active, display great initiative to identify problems, improve corporate governance principles and problem-solving management model, and try to combine the responsibility with corporate culture. Government not only should speed up the improvement of corporate social responsibility in the process of the legal system, but also promote the localization of the pace of the corporate social responsibility, especially in some areas, market can not adjust itself timely, and government should correct the distortions in the relationship between the stakeholders. It is necessary for government to protect the corporate social responsibility developing towards positive and healthy perspective from public policy.
