The paper briefly describes the composition of domestic Fan industry system, and discusses the market structure of domestic Fan industry from the angle of market concentration, product differentiation and entry barriers with analysis of demonstration and standard. We make full use of two important indexes-CRn & HHI which can reflect industrial scale and enterprises location-to analyze the concentration of domestic Fan industry among the year 2003 to 2009. With the reference of the market structure viewpoints of S.Bain and Masu Uekusa, we conclude that the domestic Fan industry has highly market concentration the recent years, and its market structure is nearly oligopoly monopoly. Fan products, with low technical level, has minor product differentiation, and show the descending trend year-by-year. But sometimes fan products with high-tech have great product differentiation. The entry barriers of Fan industry depend on scale economy, absolute cost advantage, product differentiation, ethnic and policy.We decide to choose the method of DEA which introduces the non-Archimedes infinitesimal to calculate OE, TE and SE. This explains the comprehensive strength of DMU in market competition, and also we will show the method of adjusting. We conclude that the comprehensive efficiency mainly depends on TE, other than SE. The higher TE a fan industry has arrived, the more OE the industry will arrive. Owing to the problem of coordination between technology together with the level of management and economic scale, generally, the efficiency of firms is high, but the efficiency of industrial scale is going down. Look at the data you will find that the OE and TE show a U type from 2004 to 2006 because of the influence of concentration and technology development. This conclusion is absolutely coordinated with the fact of domestic Fan industry's development.The paper analyzes the performance of Fan industry with combination of index analysis and regression analysis, and we conclude that the performance of Fan industry is evidence, and CONC and market share have a negative correlation with market performance. This means that with the descendent of CONC and market share the performance of domestic Fan industry will increase.In order to verify whether the operation status of domestic Fan industry can verify all kinds of theoretical hypotheses, the paper uses the Berger model. The testing proof that the economic rule of market power hypotheses, which is that CONC varies directly as profit rate, is in domestic Fan industry. The influence of efficiency and scale to profit is not evidence. Then we put forward some suggestion for future development of domestic Fan industry.
