In recent years, Commercial Bribery becomes increasingly intense, and how to prevent and eliminate it effectively becomes an important problem of China. This article focuses on economics point of view, research and analysis the reason and the solution of Commercial Bribery through the appearance of it.Based on the theories of economics, this paper sums up the status quo and the related definition of Commercial Bribery and particularly analysis its deep-rooted causes and solution paths. The macro-economics factors which lead to the forming of Commercial Bribery include the undeveloped economy, unfair distribution of social wealth and the social transformation of market economy. Its micro-economics factors include the rational choice of rational economic man, cost-profit analysis and seek-rent theory. It sets up a corresponding Decision-Making Game Models and analysis with the model. Firstly, we use the economics theory of cost-profit to construct the game model of bribers'decision-making and the game model of bribees' decision-making. Secondly, it introduce the rent-seeking theory of economics into the exploration of the reasons for Commercial Bribery and its control and put forward the effectively way to control Commercial Bribery and corresponding counter measures.The paper is composed by six chapters, the first part summarizes the current study situation of Commercial Bribery and briefly reviews the research methods. Chapter 2 defines the conception of Commercial Bribery from economic perspective, and summarizes its basic forms and dangers. The core content of this paper is chapter 3 and chaper4 in which the micro-and macro-economics factors and the solution paths of Commercial Bribery are studied meticulously. The fifth part analyzes Transnational Corporation Bribing in China by taking the case of Siemens AG Bribing as an example. Finally, major achievable outcomes by researching are summarized, and a few solved most issues are advanced in farther research for the future.There are many reasons for the prevalence of commercial bribery. But, the underlying causes mainly consist of economic reasons and legal reasons. This paper mainly uses the theories of economy as analyzing tools to study the causes of the prevalence of commercial bribery. At last, some effective commercial-bribery control-paths as well as the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. We hope that this paper would help you to understand the deep-rooted economic causes of commercial-bribery and help relevant department investigate and deal with it.
