An Airline Office Automation System (OA) Planning

With the quick development of world economy, competition between companies becomes more and more severe. With the price of oil going up, profit of Aviation industry becomes less and less. How to keep the advantage in the competition is the main issue for the company. Developing the OA system by using the computer development can improve work efficiency and save official cost and it is efficient way to improve the capability of competition and to accelerate the development of company.With the popularization of computer application, implementation of office automation system has become more important. Office automation can help enterprises to realize mobile office, wireless office, and other office forms. For Information Engineering in China started relatively late, project management deficiencies exist in the Office Automation implementation process always lead to failure result.In this paper, I discussed in depth in management, operations, risk and other aspects of the implementation of Office Automation System and I have analyzed the need of the airline business for office automation applications. Office automation applications for the domestic practice provide the best practices for the management of office automation. In the second Chapter, I have written more about the aim of the office automation and introduced the background of the project. The scope of the office automation project is introduced in the third Chapter; I have discussed the office automation from the aspect of function demand, data demand and security demand. In the fourth Chapter, I have discussed the office automation design, and I have described the system design about the principle, architecture, and the technique realizes. In the fifth Chapter, I have discussed the project management about risk manage and schedule manage.
