China's Real Estate Development Business And Property Services Companies Relationship Study

At present, the relationship that China real estate companies hold property services companies is very common. But how define the relationship under competition law? Nobody do such research. But if we want to put forward practical and effective measures to achieve the goal that separate the real estate business and property services companies, we must resolve this problem.This paper includes three parts: introduction, main body and conclusion. The introduction briefly describes the domestic research, the significance of the topic and innovation.The main body is divided into three parts.The first part introduces the statistics of the relationship between the real estate and property services companies and points out the shortcomings of existing statistical data.The second chapter interprets the causes of the existing relationship from different perspective such as the historical perspective and interest analysis.The third part defines the relationship under competition law and suggests some measures.The Conclusion reiterates the main view.
