With deepening reform of China telecom, the marketing management concept is making constant progess. All the telecom enterprises run from the production of thinking to the marketing concept. Especially in recent years, the market competition is keener and telecom firms pay more attention to marketing. The three major telecom companies in the new pattern all offer full service, which will further competitive strength in our telecom industry. Against this trend, the mobile operators must pay more attention to the operation and management of the research and innovation. And marketing channels as the bridge between enterprises and the end user connection, will play a more important role. This article will use combinatorial analysis to make discussion and analysis of management and marketing strategies of the mobile operators, and especially make proposals for the operation and management of the mobile operators to improve the mobile operators to the management level.
