| In this paper, based on basic theories in business management, such as organization structure design, performance management and payment management, in combination with the actual situations of the company, a study on HS Construction Development Co., Ltd.-- a highway and bridge construction enterprise -- was conducted. A set of optimized scheme of incentive salary system was designed. The scheme, within which post wage, performance related pay, skill-based pay and profit sharing are the main components of total income, is different from the scheme of other enterprises in the industry. It aims to overcome the shortcomings of high fixed income and low flexible performance related pay in existing enterprises, enhance incomes and arouses the employee's enthusiasm, improve growing ability of enterprise's achievement, thereby improving its industry competitiveIn Chapter One, macro context was firstly introduced, the research purpose and significance of the paper were clarified, theory forefronts and viewpoints of salary incentive were elaborated, and the research content and method were presented. In Chapter Two, based on the development of HS Construction Development Co., Ltd., such as its history and current situation of organizational structure, problems of the existing incentive salary system and the underlying reasons were analyzed. In Chapter Three, in the light of the existing problems, the organizational structure, performance appraisal and salary system were optimally designed. In Chapter Four, preconditions, procedures and late guarantees of the new incentive salary system were expounded. Chapter Five is prospects for the study, in which issues that are worthy of further exploration in the research of incentive salary system in state-owned road and bridge construction enterprises were raised.The designed salary incentive system is under testing in the HS construction and development corporation, because of the limit of conditions and the shortage of testing time, the defect of the system may cannot be sufficiently exposed in short term, so the follow-up work needs to be improved. |
