Problems Of Chinese Corporate Social Responsibility

The trend of the globe economic integration is increasing evidently. But with the enterprise's strength growing increasingly, it greatly benefits social economy, in the meanwhile, brings a series of social problems, such as ignoring the staffs rights, befouling environment, damaging consumer's rights and interests, being indifferent to the social concerns and etc. The root of these phenomena is the enterprise did not can perform their social responsibility. As a result, research on corporate social responsibility for the country's economic and social problems of development has a very important theoretical and realistic significance.This paper mainly discusses from the five parts:The first part is the introduction of the article. The contradiction between our country corporate social responsibility missing status and goal of constructing a harmonious society shows the necessity of our country enterprises carry out the social responsibility.The second part analyses the meaning of corporate social responsibility. The development of Concept of Modern corporate social responsibility was made clear, the research of corporate social responsibility are reviewed to corporate social responsibility, and then the definition, features and content defined and analyzed.The third part discusses our country present situation on corporate social responsibility and reason. Putting forward the theoretical basis of the analysis to our country to corporate social responsibility and contradictory situation in comments analysis, and from understanding cultural, economic development, social mechanism in three aspects, the causes are analyzed.The fourth part analyses practical case. Based on the real case analysis of CGN, discusses its practical significance.The fifth part focuses on positive effects produced by our country corporate social responsibility and proposed the implementation countermeasure. Through the analysis to corporate social responsibility brought about by the economic and social interest win-win, enterprise competitiveness, enterprise sustainable development from three aspects, and the positive effect in China are proposed to promote the countermeasures to corporate social responsibility.
