Research On Corporate Social Responsibility In Economic Law

Nowadays the academic circle has defined basic meanings of corporate social responsibility in studies, which pushes the development of corporate social responsibility in theory, but scholars in our country haven't discussed the question how to control it in law. This thesis tries to study the construction of corporate social responsibility system in view of economic law. Chapter one firstly investigates the origin and development processes of corporate social responsibility and defines it in law, which is the necessary theories foundation for further researches. Chapter two analyses the present status that corporations undertake social responsibility in our country, contrasts the different contents of corporate social responsibility in planned economy epoch and market economy epoch, raises the problems of corporate social responsibility in our country. In Chapter three, this thesis applies the basic theories of economic law that consists of social public interest, equity and justice, sustainable development view and so on to justify corporate social responsibility. The last chapter brings out principles that corporations should follow in the process of undertaking social responsibility and puts forward the measures to set up the system of corporate social responsibility from economic law view.
