Thesis is based on the actual development of the tourism industry in Zaozhuang, as well as the transformation of resource-exhausted cities background,. Analyze the current situation, the tourism resources and tourism industry development of Zaozhuang through the SWOT Model from a strategic management perspective. Solve the problems of tourism industry development of Zaozhuang.Key issues to be addressed:study the government-led development model of tourism, tourism destination brand and marketing strategy, research and travel needs of tourists of the new psychological changes in the development of the tourism industry of Zaozhuang;the advantages and disadvantages faced by opportunities and challenges, proposed to build a competitive advantage of the new tourism brand initiatives.Research topics:as a resource-exhausted cities, Zaozhuang City, the tourism industry will continue as a strategic transformation of industries and pillar industries for economic development is feasible. Zaozhuang has rich tourist resources and rich historical and cultural heritage; traffic location advantage; Zaozhuang in transition has been included in national development strategies, there are national and provincial policies, financial support; Zaozhuang in the "Eleventh Five-Year" period through tourism development practice, and also accumulated some experiences in the development of tourism.However, there are some disadvantages that constraints the development of tourism. First, to conduct scientific and high standards of planning and strict requirements of the building; Continue to strengthen the area roads and urban environment infrastructure and other hardware; Create a service brand, improve service levels; Implementation of talent development strategy of tourism, Improve the training of tourism professionals and continuing education system; Creation a city brand, innovative marketing model, the effective marketing promotion; support tourism-related businesses through mergers and acquisitions, innovation business management and development business model.The main innovation:through research topics, from a strategic management perspective, objective analysis of the various problems existing in the development of the tourism industry in Zaozhuang, put forward the ideas and ways of sustainable tourism development.
