In the 21st century, with the globalization of markets, the rapid development of China's logistics industry has become an important part of economic. Establish a highly efficient logistics system is the key point to competitive advantage. Distribution logistics plays an important role in the smooth development of the logistics activities, because distribution logistics activities as a direct link with consumers. From the point of logistics, it include all the aspects of logistics, it is a small area of logistics the embodiment of all the activities. From this we can see that the emergence and development of distribution centers is expanding the scale of the logistics system, the inevitable result of the distribution center location problem is the primary factor and also related to the efficiency of the distribution center .The location of distribution centers is directly related to the distribution appropriate to the efficiency of logistics cost and customer satisfaction. Thus an important impact on the logistics business.Supply chain should be used as an effective means of improving distribution efficiency has become a modern logistics and distribution systems must have a management philosophy, which at this stage in the logistics and distribution of business or organization is particularly true. China's current economy is in a critical stage of development and change, logistics and distribution services industry, the market is full of uncertainty, while supply chain thinking in logistics and distribution services to the business or organization's ability to adapt and get stronger adopt a more flexible market strategies to become more agile and more competitive on the market.In this paper, the location of distribution centers to resolve the issue focuses on using a gravity method and the heuristic algorithm given to solve the model distribution centers, including the main center of gravity method to solve the problem of a single distribution center location; heuristic algorithm to solve the major is a multi-location problem of distribution centers and supply chain integration to solve specific data.Distribution center for multi-location problem, this paper is to consider the cost of transportation and product distribution centers in variable costs. The model is divided into two parts, for some linear function, with the transport element method to give the minimum solution, while for non-linear part, with heuristic optimization solution through the line.
