As the the development of commercial streets, we pay more attention to customer satisfaction of commercial streets.Based on the evaluation model of customer satisfaction,the questionnaire is used for a random sample survey of customer satisfaction on Wangfujing, Xidan,and Qianmen commercial streets.in order to get the suitable survey questionnaire, we do some exploratory factor analysis when the survey questionnaire is designed.According to the results of the three commercial streets of Wangfujing, Xidan,and Qianmen, the paper argues that the most important factor is the price perception, followed by personal services, and the third is the products.Meanwhile, the customer satisfaction of Qianmen get the highest scores of the three commercial streets when we compare them about overall satisfaction.Finally,in order to improve customer satisfaction and competitiveness of commercial streets,the paper proposes that commercial streets not only pay more attention to business management but also consider the service quality.then the competitive power is improved.The limitations of this paper is also suggested.
