Chinese Futures Companies Overseas Futures Agency Business Research

As the current world's largest commodity futures market, the futures market in China achieved steady and relatively fast development after twenty years, with constant increase in standardization and effectively carrying out on serving national economy. Based on the historical stage Chinese Economy lies, this thesis, Study on Overseas Futures Agency Business of Chinese Futures Companies, mainly discusses associated specific practical issues. The aim of the research is to discuss related economic theory of Futures market and re-discover the futures market's function in national economy, international trade, national strategic security and other aspects, to arouse people's awareness of the significance of the re-opening oversea futures trade and eventually address effective policy recommendations to solve practical innovation issues from Futures Commission Merchant (FCM)'s point of view.My research is done through the combination of documentary analysis, comparative study, and theory research method. This thesis consists of five following parts. First, evolution and development of related futures market theory. Second, background review and analysis of oversea futures trade history. Third, in-depth analysis of the necessity of re-open oversea futures trade through economic, trade, strategic security, industry development, investor demand and other aspects.Fourth, the feasibility study in legal matters, institution ability, market conditions, agency, talent pool, so on and so forth. Finally, effectively policy recommendations in access, business systems, organizational structure, foreign exchange management, technical support and personnel training and other major practical issues.Multi-disciplinary professional knowledge of economics, trade, industrial organization management and the innovative development of the futures industry are well-integrated into this thesis. The main ideas discussed in this thesis are unique and practical, such as the demonstration of economic significance of overseas futures trading both in theory and practice, and the analysis angle of FCM.
