Yunnan Export Enterprise Credit Risk Management Studies

After China's access to WTO, our foreign trade is increasing rapidly. As located in southwest frontier, Yunnan Province plays great strategic role in Chinese trade with Southeast Asia and South Asia. The"bridgehead strategy"provided strong policy support for the area of Yunnan Province's export, which demonstrates the Party and central attach great importance to Yunnan economic development. Also, there will carry on large scale export in future, then the export trade will be more and more important in Yunnan economic development. Meanwhile, the credit risk management situation of Yunnan Export enterprises is actually unable to satisfy the demand of the development of Yunnan foreign trade now.First of all, this paper mainly states the credit risk management related concepts as well as it's development process. Then, with the analysis of credit risk management at home and abroad, to get the actuality that our present situation is insufficient to credit risks' research. Therefore, we need to use for reference foreign mature theory to study Yunnan export enterprises. Then the paper analyzes Yunnan export condition as well as export enterprise's structure in recent years, in order to get the advantage and disadvantage of Yunnan export enterprise. When using the related theories abroad to analyze Yunnan Export enterprise credit risks management, we modify them according to Yunnan's local characteristics. After this, unifying enterprise's credit risks management theory and the Yunnan Export enterprise's actual situation, we discuss Yunnan export enterprise's credit risk control strategy. Finally, a Yunnan Export enterprise's actual case is given, and we analyze it by the the method we get in this paper to put forward credit risk control strategies for this company.The result of this paper lays a certain foundation for further study of export enterprise credit risks management. Meanwhile, and provides theoretical guidance for the improvement of Yunnan export enterprise credit risks management.
