Construction Of Sustainable Development Of Inclusive Financial System

Inclusive finance system is a kind of finance for the purpose of helping the poor, for providing the low-income groups of savings, insurance, credit and other financial products and services. It is a financial way that is developed in an unformal financial system. Inclusive finance philosophy is of great significance to China, the concept of relative poverty has changed in the past to support groups of the inertia of thinking, that is, low interest rate provide subsidies, and Inclusive Commercial Finance requires sustainable, is also required to cover interest rate risk. Only including the poor organically and the financial services integrated into the financial system can benefit the past poverties who has been excluded from large-scale financial services. Ultimately that inclusive financial system can be able to open up the financial markets society to most people, including the poverty and customers that hardly can reach in remote areas. So everyone can have the opportunity to participate in the economic development, and to achieve common prosperity of the society.This piece of work is based on the successful inclusive finance at home and abroad, according the comparison and analysis obtained from the domestic and international experience of successful inclusive summary of the financial model, to build the comprehensive evaluation index system for the inclusive sustainable finance. And the author has discussed the status and opportunities our inclusive finance would be faced in the future development. The first part is an analysis on the typical cases of the successful inclusive financial at home and abroad,according the analysis ,I summed up the characteristics of their success. The second part focuses on the development of the sustainable inclusive financial evaluation system and the analysis of the framework of comprehensive evaluation system, mainly combined with the actual development of inclusive financial sector at home as well as the inclusive foreign financial successful evaluation system. Through the qualitative study of evaluation for building the future sustainable inclusive financial system, we can provide some directional guidance for the procedure. The third part is based on the second part, I select part of the comprehensive evaluation indexes of the development of inclusive finance and make some quantitative analysis, according the analysis I put forward some specific problem of the development of inclusive finance ,and also give a brief overview of challenges of the future development of inclusive finance. The final part is based on the above study, combined with the concrete problems in the development of inclusive finance, to give some suggestions for building a sustainable inclusive financial system at the requirements of comprehensive evaluation index system.
